TableNetwork (referred to as “we”, “us”,  “our” or "it" in this Privacy Policy) is the data controller of any personal data we collect about you when you interact with us, for example, when you use this website (“our website”), become a customer, partner, or apply for a job with us.

This Privacy Policy tells you about how and why we collect and use the personal data which you provide to us or which we collect about you. We are committed to protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy in accordance with applicable laws.

We want you to be fully informed about how we use your data, how we keep it secure and your rights.

How we use information we collect

How we use information we collect depends on your relationship with us. To explain our actions as simply as possible we have created a table below for your reference.

You are not obliged to give us any of the personal data set out above or that we request, however, we may not be able to provide you with the services you have requested from us, deal with your query or process your job application without specific elements of the information requested from time to time.



How we use information we collect

We may share your personal data with trusted third parties to allow us to achieve the purposes set out above. When we do share your data with these third parties we have written contracts in place with them which require them to only use your data for the purpose we specify to them and to ensure that your privacy is secure and respected.

These trusted third parties include the following:

• Service providers for communications, including email, telephone, messaging, conferencing and file sharing systems;

• Service providers for services we provide to you as part of our contract with you;

Information we receive from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as credit reference agencies, debt collection agencies or from other organisations we work with.

Photos and videos of you

TableNetwork reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any TableNetwork event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Table Network may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by TableNetwork including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian

A person attending a TableNetwork event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organisers, and/or contact TableNetwork at felix@tablenetwork.co.uk, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. TableNetwork will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in a TableNetwork event or by failing to notify TableNetwork, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by TableNetwork, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify TableNetwork from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organisation not affiliated with TableNetwork may not use, copy, alter or modify TableNetwork photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from TableNetwork.

How long do we keep your data? 

We will only keep your personal data for as long as we need to for the reason we collected it, as set out in this Privacy Policy.

We may also keep hold of some of your personal data if we are required to do so for legal purposes, for example, to meet our legal or regulatory requirements or to prevent fraud and abuse.

Personal data relating to suppliers, consultants and clients will be retained for 15 years from completion of the services provided to or by you. 

Personal data relating to unsuccessful job applicants will be deleted at the latest 12 months following completion of our recruitment process. If your application is successful, we will keep only the recruitment information that is necessary in relation to your employment in accordance with our Employee Privacy Policy.

International transfer of data 

Your personal data may be transferred to or accessed from outside the UK in a jurisdiction that is not governed by UK data protection laws. For example, we may share your personal data with employees or partners who operate outside of the UK. However, safeguards are in place to protect personal data, as set out below.

We are committed to ensuring that any personal data of yours that we hold is secure and to protecting it from loss, theft, unauthorised use, disclosure or modification unless by permission from you.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, we do not have any control over third party websites and they will be governed by their own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?  

You can unsubscribe from our marketing communications by contacting us at any time using the details provided at the end of this Privacy Policy or in the unsubscribe instructions which are clearly displayed in each communication.
