Please complete all fields truthfully so that TableNetwork is able to process your application as soon as it is received and we can assess your value as it relates to the value of others at the Table to which you have applied.
TableNetwork asks for specific information from applicants, and we request more information from applicants who are successful. There are several reasons for this:
1. TableNetwork's primary goal when curating applicants for a Table is to choose people who will add value to each other during the year ahead. We want members to be at a similar level, but also complimentary to each other in background, in skillset and in character.
2. TableNetwork uses the information provided to carry out thorough due diligence via an external agency. This DD carried out prior to your final confirmed acceptance to a Table. Knowing DD has been carried out on every Member and Partner helps everyone in TableNetwork establish a base level of trust for one another.
2. In order for Chairs to add value to the Table under their supervision, it is important for them to understand the members of the Table, their goals and their requirements. Some of the information submitted, therefore, needs to be absorbed by the Chair, so they can help guide the Table and its members.
3. TableNetwork continually assesses comparative information about its members, anonymously, in order to analyse the success of each Table, the network’s operations, its members, and how members enterprises compare with their industry and sector standards and averages. The network then uses the anonymous information gathered in order to help guide it, to tweak and amend its operations in order to improve, and in order to make the experience of its members more successful over time. The goal of the network is to ensure its members experience better performance than the rest of the competition, by a significant margin.
4. TableNetwork carries out a thorough financial analysis for each member, producing for them the CashFlowClarity (CFC) report each year of membership. This is designed to assist members with understanding their business, with target setting, and to gauge their own success. This service is included as a complimentary service of membership. Submission of certain detailed financial records is necessary to perform this service and this is requested of members once an application for membership is confirmed successful and the membership fee has been received. The CFC is confidential. It is not shared with Coaches or Mentors, unless authorised in writing. While the CFC is a valuable tool for business owners and operators, members can, of course, opt out of having the CFC carried out if preferred.
Assessment of applications will, above anything else, be guided by the TableNetwork mantra – Add Value to Members.
Applicants’ eligibility will be assessed firstly, by how much value they will add to the members of the Table to which they have applied, and secondly, by the value they will bring to members across the entire network, at the time and as it grows.
Not all applications will be successful. Applications are made with the understanding that unsuccessful applications will receive no compensation, and that the decision of TableNetwork is made for the benefit of its members and may not be open to any kind of appeal.
Membership may be refused or even revoked if it is discovered that a member does not obtain or add the value desired for all TableNetwork members.
Untruthful or incorrect information supplied at application is likely to lead to refusal of membership and an inability to reapply for at least 12 months from the date of receipt. Trust is an important value of TableNetwork and for our members. We appreciate your understanding.
TableNetwork encourages diversity of thought as it increases value for all and does not condone discrimination of any kind from any of its members.
Table Network itself does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender or background and may take steps to redact information about the same when application decisions are being made.
Members are asked to be respectful of all members and third parties when interacting at Table meetings and/or other Events.
TableNetwork does not generally stipulate a dress code. Members are only asked to wear what they feel comfortable wearing when doing business with others, and in so doing to be respectful to others and their feelings. Occasionally, events may stipulate a dress code for attendees.
TableNetwork is an advocate of free speech and discussion on many and varied subject matters and the purpose of Tables is categorically to enable the same. That said, TableNetwork will not tolerate sexism, racism, nor other forms of discrimination.
Neither Members, Partners, Mentors nor Coaches are employees, or business partners, of TableNetwork. TableNetwork is not able to take responsibility for the conduct of any members or other third parties. If requested a Chair, or another party, may agree to mediate, using best intention, in a disagreement between members, or partners, but such action would not constitute either the Chair, or TableNetwork, taking responsibility for any action taken by the members involved. In the event of a dispute, action may be taken by TableNetwork for the benefit of the majority of its members, in line with the network’s mantra.
Trust is an important value of TableNetwork and it is important for the correct functioning of Tables due to the confidential nature of discussions at meetings. All successful applicants are required to agree to a code of conduct, which stipulates confidentiality, before membership can be formalised.
